Diagonal Parking Allowed

A proposal by developer Landmark 228 LLC for diagonal parking on property near downtown Sheridan was approved in the form of a resolution at Monday night’s Sheridan City Council business meeting. City Engineer Thomas Morneau says the diagonal parking will be on the west side of North Connor Street between East Brundage Street and the alleyway to the south.

Morneau said the parking is for future tenants of a proposed apartment complex at 260 East Brundage Street and that the project will be privately funded and managed by the developer and all improvements will need to be designed per City standard.
