JCHC Named Finalist in National Most Beautiful Hospitals Contest

The Johnson County Healthcare Center is one of 57 finalists in Soliant Health’s 2026 Most Beautiful Hospitals contest, putting the Buffalo hospital in the running to be recognized among the 20 most beautiful hospitals in the country, and be eligible to be awarded a $5,000 donation.

Public voting is now open through October 16, giving patients,
healthcare professionals, and community members the opportunity to
support Johnson County Healthcare Center and help it earn a place on
Soliant’s annual Top 20 list. The hospital receiving the most votes
nationwide will also receive a $5,000 donation to its foundation from
Soliant.

Johnson County Healthcare Center was nominated for its compassionate
staff, strong community ties, and welcoming rural healthcare
environment.

According to a release, the hospital combines natural light, warm interiors, and local artistic touches with a close-knit culture where many employees have served the community for years. That combination of thoughtful surroundings, teamwork, and personal care helped earn JCHC a place among this year’s finalists.

Graig Paglieri, CEO of Soliant Health said, “When people vote for their hospital, they are often voting for much more than a building, they are recognizing the nurses, clinicians, support staff, volunteers, and entire teams who made them feel cared for when they needed it most. We love seeing communities come together to celebrate the hospitals that mean something to them, and we are excited to see that support in action again this year.”

Voting in the 2026 contest runs from September 14 through October 16,
and supporters can vote for their favorite hospital throughout the
voting period. The 20 hospitals receiving the most votes will be
announced on Friday, October 23.
