Teal Springs Major PUD Amendment

Details of an ordinance to amend the Teal Springs Planned Unit Development in Sheridan were presented to the Sheridan City Council at their recent study session. The subdivision is located south of Brundage Lane between Wetlands Drive and Coffeen Avenue. City Planner Kelly Schroeder said that being a Major PUD Amendment, it affects all of the lots within the subdivision. Schroeder said the applicant is requesting the following revisions to the PUD Master Plan.

Schroeder said the amendments to the PUD Master Plan are being requested by the developer in an effort to address some market trends that they’ve seen as the first phase of the subdivision has started to develop. The City Council will consider the ordinance to amend the PUD at their next business meeting, Monday, January 19.
