Sheridan Commission Approves Changing Polling Places

During their Tuesday meeting the Sheridan County Commission considered a request by County Elections Supervisor James Temple to change a few polling places in Sheridan County.

Temple explained why the changes were being proposed.

The changes include moving the polling place for Precinct 7-1 at the Beckton Schoolhouse to Community Impact, LLC in Sheridan; as well as moving Precincts 20-1 and 20-2 from the Dayton Town Hall to the Tongue River Valley Community Center.

The commission approved the changes to the polling places, and requested the Elections Office to advertise the changes and to post them on the old locations giving directions to the new polling places during the upcoming Primary and General Elections.
