Ron RichterA professional services contract with Burns and McDonnell, in the amount of $114,519, to obtain a Title V (five) air quality permit was approved by the Sheridan City Council at their recent business meeting. City Utilities Director Dan Roberts explains why the professional services contract was needed.
Roberts said the City is proceeding on a course to meet the requirements of Title V by a defined deadline of June 30, 2024.
Burns and McDonnell is the City’s current landfill consultant and has been their primary consultant performing compliance reports, permitting, and design services for the City’s Landfill.
