Bronc Football Opens the Season in Cheyenne Friday Night / Big Horn and Tongue River Play Zero Week Scrimmages / Broncos Home v the Rams Saturday night

HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL – The Sheridan Bronc football teams open the season Friday night at Cheyenne Central, Head coach Jeff Mowry says it’s game week and the whole mood of their preseason practices changes this week.

And Jeff says it’s up to their team leaders to guide their younger players through the nerves when they play Friday night.

Kickoff is set for 6:00 we will have the game live for you on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM and also our live video web stream at sheridanmedia.com.

Tongue River plays a zero week scrimmage Saturday in Sheridan against the Broncs’ JV team kickoff is scheduled for 9am they open the regular season at home against Thermolpolis on September 1st.

The Big Horn Rams play their zero week scrimmage at the Natrona county Sophomores Friday and open the regular season at Lovell September 1st.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers open the season this week in Laramie for the Laramie relays and pentathlon Friday and Saturday.

TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams hit the road today for matches at Torrington with the Trailblazers and Cheyenne South.

GOLF – The Sheridan high school golfers are back on the course today finishing up an event in Casper.

CROSS COUNTRY – The Sheridan high school cross country teams start their season at a meet in Casper Friday.

VOLLEYBALL – The Lady Bronc volleyball team will open their season this weekend at a tournament hosted by Lander.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys open their season at home September 2nd against Texas Tech that game will kickoff at 5:30 and you can hear the Pokes this season on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos have their final preseason game at home Saturday night with the Los Angeles Rams game time is at 7:00.

They open the regular season September10th at home against the Vegas Raiders.
