Ucross Foundation is seeking a Maintenance and Grounds Manager to oversee and maintain the facilities, grounds, and equipment on its scenic 300-acre artist residency campus. Upholding the mission to support working artists and serve as a responsible steward of our historic ranch, the ideal candidate will be an experienced manager, have strong communications skills, and be able to troubleshoot and problem solve. Reporting to the President/Executive Director, the Maintenance and Grounds Manager will run a crew of year-round and seasonal workers. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and able to work productively with a variety of individuals and groups, as well as value the arts and holistic land management.
