This role includes operating equipment for planting, harvesting hay, corn, and other crops, as well as seasonal tasks like feed truck driving and equipment maintenance. Must have experience with farm or construction equipment, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and mechanical skills. GPS/Variable Rate experience is a plus. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
