Weekend Local Sports Wrap up

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER – The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams opened the season winning 3 out of 4 games, the Broncs swept Buffalo and Cody by scores of 6-0 and 5-0.

The Lady Broncs won at Buffalo 4-0 and dropped a 3-1 game at home against Cody Saturday.

This week the Broncs will host games Friday and Saturday with Cheyenne South and Laramie while the Lady Broncs travel to Cheyenne and Laramie.

BRONC / LADY BRONC TRACK – The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams opened their season Saturday with a dual meet in Buffalo and both teams easily won full results can be seen right now on the sports page at sheridanmedia.com

WYOMING COWGIRLS HOOPS – The Wyoming Cowgirls won their second round WNIT game at home Sunday beating Tulsa 97-90 in triple overtime after the victory Cowgirls Head coach Gerald Mattinson.

DENVER BRONCOS – One of the newest additions to the Denver Broncos met the media, Broncos new starting Quarterback Russell Wilson had this message to Bronco fans.

The NFL draft will be held late next month with rookie mini camps opening May 6th.
