Cowboys Open the NCAA Tournament Tonight / Cowgirls Open the WNIT Thursday

COWBOY BASKETBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys are a 12 seed will open the men’s NCAA basketball tournament tonight in one of the play in games against Indiana, the game will be played in Dayton. Ohio and will we will have it for you on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM.

Cowboy pregame at 6:30 with tip off scheduled for 7:10, Head coach Jeff Linder says they got a few days of rest between games and hopefully that will help the players as they get ready to open the tournament.

If they win tonight the Pokes will play St. Mary’s Thursday night that broadcast would start at 5:00.

COWGIRL BASKETBALL – The Cowgirls will host their WNIT opener Thursday night against Idaho state the game is scheduled to tip off at 6:30.

SOCCER – The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams start their season with road games at Buffalo Friday then host games with Cody on Saturday.

TRACK AND FIELD – The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams open the season Saturday at a meet in Buffalo.
