Johnson County Amends ERAP Agreement

The agreement between Johnson County and the Wyoming Department of Family Services concerning the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) has been amended by a vote of the county commission.

The amendment to the ERAP program was discussed by Commissioner Bill Novotny.

After review, County Attorney Tucker Ruby said the amendment just adds more time to award funds through March of 2022, which he said is common with these types of agreements.

He said there were no other changes in the amendment from the original agreement.

The county was originally awarded $43,370 for the program.
