Mayor Clark Gives Update on Ranchester Gas Line

Ranchester Mayor Peter Clark came before the Sheridan County Commission this week to give an update on the progress of natural gas service in the Tongue River Valley.

Commission Chairman Nick Siddle said it was good to see the project has developed to this point.

The nearly $6 million pipeline project, which was completed earlier this year, is the culmination of eight-plus years of planning and construction to make natural gas available in the Dayton/Ranchester area that until now has had to rely on propane for heating fuel.
