Council Awards Professional Services Agreement for Scanning of Building Department Files

A professional services agreement with Dokutek, Inc for the scanning and indexing of Building Department files for the City of Sheridan was approved by the City Council at their most recent meeting. City Public Works Director Lane Thompson addressed a question posed by Councilwoman Kristen Jennings.

The professional services agreement that was approved with Dokutek, Inc is in the amount of $23,257. The project will consist of the scanning and indexing of all files including paper, large format, and various media to be stored in digital format. The City received four bids for the project and Dokutek was the lowest bidder.
