Senator Barrasso: ‘Democrats Want to Supersize the IRS’
U.S. Senator John Barrasso of Wyoming spoke on the Senate floor recently about how the Democrats want to supersize the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Barrasso said some of the tax provisions included in the Democrats’ $3.5 trillion tax-and-spending spree are simply outrageous.
Barrasso also discussed Democrats’ proposal of an additional $2 trillion in new taxes, which he said would lead to “supersizing the IRS.”
Inflation was another topic that the senator addressed in his remarks on the Senate floor.
Barrasso closed by saying American people don’t want higher taxes, they want higher wages, lower prices, more jobs, and more opportunity.

Yep, Dr. Barrasso. Keep trying to duck the fact you failed your oath of office to protect this nation and our constitution. No need to answer for your lack of integrity in failing as a Senator to stand up for this 245 year old experiment in democratic government. The chest thumping repub base who stormed the US capitol surely will believe you that the tax man is coming for them. Not really a tough audience. Be sure to keep your moneyed backers safe from having to pay their fair share of the cost of the country. Their model is a New York City property developer and repub party guiding light who said “Not paying taxes makes me smart.” So keep the tax evaders and attorneys safe. All in your self serving pursuit of staying in a position of privilege. Your ability to stuff you pockets, act like a grand man, and pull strings will be insured. So much for your patriotic “service” to the country.

Their stated purpose was to prevent the congress from performing it’s Constitutional duty. By definition, that’s insurrection. While we’re on the subject of conspiracy, I can only assume that all of the disgusting video we all saw on TV must have been staged by crisis actors in your opinion.

Actions speak louder than words, john, so lets see some. Most people know that obama weaponized nearly every govt. agency, as was seen with the last IRS hearings over 5 years ago, where your fellow repubs did nothing about it…..but talk. WY bankers are also concerned about the biden provision that would require banks to report nearly every customer’s transaction of $600 or more to the IRS.
When will people be held accountable for the Afghanistan exit disaster, 13 dead Marines, and 7 innocent children that were droned by team biden? The sound of crickets coming from your side of the aisle are deafening.

Well we certainly would not want a stronger IRS. Some of the super rich donors might have to pay taxes.
