Moon Valley Minor Subdivision Approved

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved the Moon Valley Minor Subdivision with a Variance and two conditions.

The 13.69-acre property, owned by Taylor and Tanya Moon, is known as Lot 2 of the Lazy Crown Estates Subdivision on Beaver Creek Road west of Sheridan.

The owners wish to create two lots on the property.

Joe Crump, with WWC Engineering, who is representing the applicants, discussed the conditions and the variance with the commission.

The commission approved both the variance and the subdivision application.
