JCSD1 Board Approves Contract for Study
At their regular meeting Monday night the Johnson County School Board approved and accepted a contract with Educational Management Services (EMS) for a study of the district and an development of a Job Classification and Compensation Study, which is designed to give the district job description and legal compliance information, and strategic compensation design.
District Superintendent Charles Auzqui explained the advantage to the district of having the study done.
According to discussions, EMS will begin their study in September and should have it completed by February of 2022.
The cost of the study, according to the contract, is just under $50,000.
