Barrasso: ‘EV Tax Credit is a Democrat Giveaway to the Rich’
U.S. Senator John Barrasso spoke on the Senate floor recently about why he opposes the Democrats’ plans to give more American taxpayer dollars to the manufacturers and purchasers of electric vehicles. Barrasso said at a time when middle-class families are hurting from inflation caused by Democrat spending, it’s unconscionable that Democrats want to raise taxes to give more handouts to the rich.
President Joe Biden signed an executive order Thursday aimed at making half of all new car sales in the U.S. electric vehicles by the end of the decade. The 50 percent target is not legally binding, but part of a broader plan by the Biden Administration to address climate change and to compete with China in the EV market.

Sigh, scratching to find something to rile up the daft repub voters again. Just to stay in power. Didn’t the Repubs complain that the Dems were endangering the union by fueling class wars? Guess ok for you, since your purpose is not in the country’s best interests, but to stay in power, and maintain status and access to your big money donors. You have no credibilty regarding what is best for this country. You’ve turned your back on your oath to protect the country and constitution, saying nothing about the focused attempt to derail a legai national election through not only lies but also through an attack on the US capitol. You appear to have no integrity or character. Why would someone considered your views legitimate??

Yes! Its so bad, nancy is whipping the house into crafting higher federal tax legislation for the wealthy! Oh wait, my bad, she isnt doing a thing. Its called the uniparty harriet, and collectively they decide on which legislation gets passed, and which doesnt. Then they throw in a little kabuki theater to fool their constituencies into re-electing them.
They dont care about you or me.
