Sheridan County Accepts Bid for Library Generator

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have accepted a bid and awarded a contract for the installation of a standby generator for the Sheridan County Fulmer Library building.
Two bids were received for the project, one from Dick Anderson Construction for just under $332,000 and the other was from Modern Electric for nearly $208,000.
Library Director Cameron Duff gave more details on the project, and his recommendation for awarding the bid.
The project is scheduled to begin August 1st and could take up to four months to complete, depending on how long they have to wait for project materials, according to discussions at the meeting.
