Hidden Bridge Ranch II Minor Subdivision

The Hidden Bridge Ranch II Minor Subdivision is a request to subdivide 0.7 acres from 1 lot into 3 residential lots on property located at 2278-2326 Excalibur Way. City of Sheridan Community Development Director Wade Sanner said Excalibur Construction Inc. is requesting the subdivision.

Sanner said as part of the subdivision proposal the applicant is requesting a depth-to-front ratio variance to allow for longer narrower lots than what is typically allowed under City code. The City Council will consider the request at an upcoming business meeting.
