Public Comment Period Extended for Changes to Accreditation Rules

The public comment period for the proposed changes to the Chapter 6 Rules, District and School Accreditation has been extended through May 6th of this year, according to a release from the Wyoming Department of Education.

Comments will be taken online, in person, or by mail until 12:59 pm on May 6th.

The proposed Chapter 6 Rules changes can be found, along with the statement of reasons for the changes, as well as where to send comments, with this story online at sheridanmedia.com.

All public comments will be recorded verbatim, including the submitting person’s name and city of residence, on the Secretary of State website as part of the rules promulgation process.
