Liquor License Renewals and Sidewalk Snow Removal on Council’s Agenda

There will be a public hearing on the liquor license renewals for all of the license holders in the City of Sheridan at Monday night’s City Council meeting. Following the public hearing, the Council will consider renewal of the licenses for 2021. The Council will also be considering a resolution regarding sidewalk snow removal that will encourage citizens to place snow and ice from the sidewalks into the yards or boulevard areas where feasible.

There will be a staff update provided by City Engineer Hanns Mercer on the Army Corps of Engineers Projects and consideration of third and final reading of ordinance 2227, a request to rezone 11.83 acres of unplatted land from R1-Residence to B-1 Business District, located at 646 East 5th Street. The Council meeting will take place Monday night at 7 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall. The meeting will be broadcast live on KWYO 1410 AM and 106.9 FM
