Aaron PalmerBuffalo’s City Council has passed on third and final reading an amendment to city code that pertains to the sale of tobacco and similar products to minors.
The sale of tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes is now illegal to those under 21.
At an earlier council meeting, Mayor Shane Schrader explained the reason for the Ordinance.
The city code is now in compliance with state statute, which was passed by the Wyoming Legislature during the last legislative session.
