Muller Appointed Viewer in Vacation of 14th Street in Downer Addition
Sheridan County’s Commissioners have appointed County Engineer Ken Muller as Viewer in the proposed vacation of a property in the Downer Addition.
The parcel is a portion of 14th Street between Highland Avenue and Holmes Avenue between Block 51 and Block 52 in that addition.
According to the petition, the subject land is an easement between properties owned by (a number of petitioners.) petitioners Kara Torres, Randy Herman, Lourdes Weikel, Kelley Olson, and Crystal Herman.
No comment was offered during the meeting, and the commission voted to appoint Muller as the viewer in the matter.
