Sheridan Commission Accepts Warranty Deed for Purchase of Real Estate

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, at their meeting Tuesday, considered an Agreement for Warranty Deed for the purchase of real estate located at 130 S. Brooks Street.

County Administrative Director Cameron Duff gave more details on the proposed purchase.

Commissioner Nick Siddle said he believed the close proximity of the property to the courthouse is what makes it valuable to the county in his mind.

Commissioner Holly Jennings spoke in favor of the purchase of the property by the county, and explained why.

The commission voted to accept the Agreement for Warranty Deed on the property.
