Ron RichterThe Wyoming House of Representatives Monday passed House Bill 206, which requires photo ID on all forms of identification used for voter ID. Also passed Monday was House Bill 160, which removes student IDs from the list of acceptable forms of identification to vote. Secretary of State Chuck Gray testified in favor of both bills.
Gray said that strengthening Wyoming’s Voter ID statute was a priority of his election integrity reform agenda that he announced earlier this year. House Bill 206 passed on third reading by a vote of 49-8, and House Bill 160 passed on third reading 53-8.
