Sheridan Commission OKs Powder Horn Easement Vacation

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved an easement vacation proposal from Jeffrey and Dayna Bedingfield on property they own in the Powder Horn Ranch PUD.

Planning Department Assistant Andrea Garrett gave details on why they were seeking the easement vacation.

The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their November 19 meeting, voted 5 to 0 to recommend approval of the easement vacation application.
