MC2 Engineering, on behalf of Lynette Neighbors Living Trust, has submitted an application for the Poll Motor II Minor Subdivision, located at 1858 Coffeen Avenue. City of Sheridan Planner Kelly Schroeder said the property is currently platted as parcel one of the Poll Motor Subdivision and is zoned M-1.

Schroeder said adjacent and surrounding properties are all zoned M-1 with various commercial uses, and that the proposed subdivision includes a 30-foot wide access and utility easement along the northern property line of proposed lot two,  which will provide legal access to proposed lot one. The resolution for the final plat of the Poll Motor II Minor Subdivision recently received a positive recommendation from the City Planning Commission and will come before the City Council for consideration at an upcoming regular business meeting.
