Buffalo Dispatch Sees Uptick in Calls From House Draw Fire

Buffalo Police Chief Sean Bissett, in his report to the city council at their last meeting, said the dispatch center saw an increase in calls during the first few hours of the House Draw Fire.

Bissett also reported that dispatch had handled nearly 3,600 calls during the month of August, and that officers responded to 781 of those calls.

Three arrests were made stemming from those responses.
