A decision on whether or not to accept a contract between Sheridan County and the Wyoming Department of Family Services (DFS) was tabled until their next regular meeting on September 3.

The contract, for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Community Partnership Initiative (TANF/CPI) is for $65,000 for two entities providing services in Sheridan County, as explained by County Administrative Director Cameron Duff.

Commissioner Holly Jennings pointed out that the commission did not receive the entirety of the paperwork on the contract, and made a motion to table the decision until the attachments for the contract were able to be reviewed.

Commissioner Lonnie Wright seconded the motion, and the commission voted 3-2 to table the decision until their next meeting, with commission Chair Nick Siddle voting with Wright and Jennings.
