Registration for YMCA Youth Spring Soccer ends March 20 

Sheridan County YMCA Executive Director Liz Cassiday appeared on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to remind parents the Spring Soccer registration deadline is fast approaching. 

The game of soccer promotes physical activity and gives kids a strong foundation of teamwork as well as increasing cardiovascular health. The activity also promotes social engagement. Being a member of a team can form lifelong friendships. The registration deadline is just around the corner.

Thanks to the generosity of residents giving to the Give your Heart to a Child drive, money is not a problem for those who may not be able to cover the registration costs for any YMCA kids sporting activity. The YMCA has the ability to grant confidential scholarships to kids that will pay for registrations. 

The Youth Spring Soccer season runs April 8, – May 15. To find an online registration form, click here.
