BPD Reports No Tobacco Check Failures

For the first time in quite awhile, no businesses checked in the latest round of tobacco compliance checks failed, according to Buffalo Police Chief Jason Carder.
Carder said 20 businesses were checked by Sgts. Seth Marbry and Casey Farris on February 27th and all passed.
Chief Carder also gave the end of the month report for February, saying there were just over 1,100 incidents in the city; nearly 3,300 total phone calls handled by dispatch; and zero calls in the county for the city’s Animal Control Officer, resulting in no charge for Johnson County.
