4-H Seeking Permission for Building at Shooting Range

Johnson County 4-H is looking for permission to build an additional building for their shooting sports on land owned by the City of Buffalo at the shooting range east of town.

Jim Dawson spoke to the Buffalo City Council on behalf of the program and the Buffalo Trap & Skeet Club, asking for the council’s approval for the building.

He described what the club has in mind for the facility.

The council suggested Dawson present the proposal through the proper channels, starting with the Planning & Zoning Board to get the project in motion.
