Sheridan Commission to Amend Building Standards

Sheridan County intends to amend building standards within the county, and will discuss the matter during their regular meeting Tuesday morning.

They are scheduled to consider Business Park Lease Agreement Amendments between Sheridan County and Falcon Car Corporation and Dynamix Energy Corporation.

Also on the agenda is Consideration of an appointment to the Sheridan County Parks and Recreation Board and consideration of an MOU between the Wyoming County Commissioners Association and counties concerning the BLM’s effort to revise the Greater Sage Grouse Plan.

They will also discuss ratifying a Quit Claim Deed for a portion of Holloway Avenue between Thirteenth Street and Fifteenth Street in the Downer Addition.

The meeting will begin ay 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Second Floor Board Room, #220, of the Sheridan County Courthouse Addition.

The meeting is open to the public.
