Culture of the House and Senate

Besides having twice as many members, the Wyoming House of Representatives has a different cultural feel than the Senate according to Local Legislator Cyrus Western. Representative Western elaborated on the differences while down in Cheyenne taking part in the 2020 Budget Session of the 65th Wyoming Legislature. 

A large hall for the House and Senate will be coming to a consensus on the state budget for the next two fiscal years. The 24 day session is set to conclude on March 12.
