Sheridan County OKs Backup Generator Contract

Sheridan County’s Commissioners approved a contract with Associated Construction Engineering, Inc. for design of the backup generator project for county buildings.
County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller explained that this has been a planned project that has been on hold that the county is now having the company perform an assessment on.
Obermueller said the county will need to do an electrical service upgrade according to MDU, which the contract will also approve, to have more power available.
The contract amount is for just under $40,000.
