It’s time for a First Date

The WYO Theater and Civic Theatre Guild are excited to announce the return of the WYO/CTG Co-Production with First Date, a Musical Comedy by Austin Winsberg. 

First Date is Directed by Kelly Miller-Smart with music direction by Amanda Patterson this musical comedy will be the first Co-Production for the WYO and CTG after a two-year hiatus.

The production will be presented in the Mars Theater at the WYO Performing Arts & Education Center. A smaller venue, some audience members may purchase seats with tables and become part of the foreground of the performance according to WYO Theater Executive Director Erin Butler. 

While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Rollie Hruza told listeners that as a musician and member of the band providing the music, the production and small space offered a new challenge. 

First Date contains adult themes and language and is rated R. The production will run April 8-10, and 14-17.
