The Downtown Sheridan Association is reestablishing the Marketing and Promotions Committee.
While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program, DSA Executive Director Zoila Perry spoke on the reason she and the DSA Board of Directors decided to reform and rename the committee.
Perry told listeners that anyone in Sheridan can join this committee, business owners and residents alike. This committee will meet the second Wednesday of each month 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. at the DSA, 121 S. Main St.
The first Marketing and Promotions Committee meeting will be at 8 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, at the DSA office.

Ive heard of making the old Cook Ford area a parking lot and I like that idea. But i would make a suggestion that instead of just a one floor parking area that they should make a three or possible four story parking garage. Also these spaces should be only for people who are shopping downtown Sheridan. Not like the garage next to First Federal Bank.

I second your idea Jerry. I think there should also be downtown accessible parking for trucks pulling trailers, motorhomes, etc.
