We are a compassionate, fast-paced clinic that strives to provide top of the line medical care and outstanding customer service to both pets and their families.

 

About the role:

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all of our clients and patients. Your work will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling requests from clients, checking patients in and out, balancing cash drawer, offering compassionate care for all of our patients and their owners. We value a team-oriented approach and a commitment to lifelong learning and problem solving.

 

  • Answering Phones
  • Checking clients and patients in
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Balancing cash drawer
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Checking client out and collecting invoices
  • Handling client communications

 

 

What we are looking for:

·         1 to 2 years scheduling/customer service  experience  helpful, not required

·         Excellent Customer Service Skills

·         Exceptional phone skills

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Good communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and at times high stressed environment

·         Flexibility

·         Knowledge/handling of money

·         Team player

·         Dedication to client and patient care, compassionate
