P&P Subdivision Receives Council Approval
The P&P Subdivision, a request to subdivide a little over 75 acres into 17 lots and two conservation out lots was approved unanimously by the Sheridan City Council Monday night. The property lies on the south side of the 3-way intersection of Paradise Park Road and North Park Road between Upper Road and Big Horn Avenue in Sheridan County. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner said he’d received correspondence from one individual who opposed the subdivision.
The Council’s approval of the subdivision included a variance to allow for a cul-de-sac length of 1,200 feet. Sanner said while the property lies outside of City limits, it is within the one-mile requirement for City review.
