North Heights Project

A resolution to apply for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan for the North Heights Project was unanimously approved by the Sheridan City Council Monday night. City Engineer Hanns Mercer says they will now apply for a $2.7 million loan to fund the costs to replace aging water lines in the North Heights Subdivision.
Mercer said loan repayment will come from the City’s Water Enterprise Fund. If the loan request is approved, the project could begin as early as the end of this year. We’ll have more from the Council meeting in future stories.
