Woodland Meadows Minor Subdivision

A request to subdivide property in south Sheridan was addressed during a Sheridan City Council study session. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

A request to subdivide a little over 29 acres from one tract to five residential lots on property located south of Fleming Boulevard and Woodland Park Road in Sheridan will be an item of consideration for the City Council at their next regularly scheduled business meeting. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner.

Sanner said the property is zoned R-3 and contains a 3,128 square foot ranch style single-family home, with a 3,200 square foot shed and 1,120 square foot shed.
