Golf Course Management

The City of Sheridan is considering entering into a contract with a company that would be responsible for managing Kendrick Golf Course. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

City staff is recommending that the City Council approve a contract with K Club Golf Company LLC to manage Kendrick Golf Course in Sheridan. City Public Works Director Lane Thompson said at Monday night’s Council study session that the request for proposals were advertised this past June and July.

The contract with K Club is for a period of five years at $75,000 per year. It is expected to be considered for approval by the Council at their next regular meeting on Monday night.
