Trial Date Set for Man Charged With Drug Distribution

An arraignment hearing was held Tuesday in Fourth Judicial District Court for 31-year-old Tanios Feghali, who is charged with one count of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance- Marijuana, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver- Marijuana. Feghali pleaded “not guilty” to both counts at Tuesday’s arraignment.

The alleged crimes occurred on October 15 of this year in Sheridan County. District Court Judge John Fenn set the four-day trial to begin on Monday, April 10 of 2021 and scheduled the pretrial conference for March 18 at 9 am. Bond was continued under the same terms and conditions that were previously set forth in Circuit Court. Each count is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
