Cottonwood Rezone, Replat Approved by Council

Third and final reading of an ordinance to rezone 10.4 acres in the Cottonwood Subdivision from R-2 residential to R-3 and R-4 residential was approved by the Sheridan City Council this week. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner explains what the applicant Brett Sayer has planned for the property.

Following the approval of the ordinance to rezone the 10.4 acres, the Council also approved a resolution to replat the subdivision from 40 lots with two outlots into 58 lots with four outlots.
