Hidden Bridge Ranch Rezone and Subdivision on Council’s Agenda
The Sheridan City Council at their regularly scheduled business meeting Monday night will be considering the third and final reading of an ordinance that rezones 18.5 acres from a mix of R-1 residential and B-1 commercial to R-2 residential. The applicant, Andy McFaul of Excalibur Construction, Inc., is requesting the rezone for the Hidden Bridge Ranch, which are two properties located in the 700 block of Mydland Road, South of West 5th Street. The Council will also be considering approval of a resolution for the final plat of the Hidden Bridge Ranch Subdivision.
Community Development Director Wade Sanner says that there is an issue with sidewalks in the area that will need clarification.
Third and final reading of an ordinance that rezones 10.45 acres in the Cottonwood Subdivision from R-2 residence to R-3 and R-4 residence district will be considered by the Council as will a request to replat the Cottonwood Subdivision. The meeting will take place at 7 pm Monday in Council Chambers at Sheridan City Hall. The meeting will be broadcast on KWYO 1410 AM and 106.9 FM.
