State Health Officer Provides Update on COVID-19 Testing

During a recent news conference hosted by Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon on COVID-19, State Health Officer Dr. Alexia Harrist provided an update on the status of testing for the virus in Wyoming.

Dr. Harrist also talked about the importance of contact tracing.

Dr. Harrist said that if a contact tracer calls, it is critical that you talk to them and answer their questions, as it helps all of us, adding that in Wyoming, public health has been actively following up with each COVID-19 case, and she believes contact tracing has helped protect our communities.
