Pat BlairNow here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Aug. 21, 1920.
Two Pullman berths were burned completely as the result of a fire this morning on Burlington Train No. 43 as the long string of cars raced down to Clearmont from Arvada.
Sergeants William Evans and Homer L. Watkins, both of th 21st Infantry, have arrived in Sheridan to take up recruiting duty here.
Sheridan’s municipal band will give its regular Sunday concert in Pioneer Park at 3:30 o’clock tomorrow afternoon.
H. H. Long is in Sheridan today from his ranch.
Luther Tucker has returned to Sheridan after several months in South Dakota.
