Sheridan Commission OK’s 4J Ranch Rezone

A rezone request from 4J Ranch Enterprises was considered by the Sheridan County Commission at their last meeting.

County Planner Mark Reid was asked to give more details on the rezone.

There was discussion and public comment questioning the reason for the rezone, and the Planning & Zoning Commission’s decision to not recommend the rezone request.

Commission Chair Christi Haswell gave her thoughts on the rezone request.

The commission voted unanimously to approve the request.
