Emergency Management to Close Johnson County Buildings for Safety Training Friday
A closure of Johnson County buildings for a training exercise will be happening this Friday morning.
County Emergency Management Coordinator James Cataline explained what will be happening.
Johnson County’s Commissioners approved the closures for the exercise back in August.
In a release, Cataline explained the need for the exercise, saying, “These exercises…are designed to prepare, protect, and support Johnson County public employees so that when a disaster occurs, (they) can continue delivering essential services to the community with minimal interruption.”
