City Works Discusses Tie Hack, Fetterman, Business Park

Buffalo City Works Director Les Hook told the city council at their recent meeting that the cable for the log boom at the city-owned Tie Hack Dam and Reservoir had been installed and that crews would be reattaching the boom to the arms on the dam, and it will be up and functioning.

The contractor for the Buffalo Wells project is on site and will be beginning to drill soon.

Hook said he will be contacting land owners in the area with a schedule of work.

The council and Hook then discussed the Buffalo Business Park and the progress being made there.

Hook said the project is using about 700 yards of concrete per day when pouring.
